Your team stays with you.

The short version

Zoneline works entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, we never ask for calendar access, and we don't keep a copy of the team you enter.

Where your team lives

• In the link. Names, time zones, working hours and the selected date are written into the part of the URL after the #. Browsers don't send that part to servers, so it never reaches us when the page loads.
• In this browser. Your most recent team is also saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there next time. Use "Start empty" in the planner, or clear your site data, to remove it.
• With whoever you send it to. A shared link contains everything in it. Anyone who has the link can see those names, cities and hours, so share it the way you'd share any team note.

What the hosting sees

Zoneline is served by Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies.
